Hi friend's list. It's been a long time since I posted on here!
In light of recent events, I have decided that it is time that I part ways with my collection of Kim Hyun Joong merchandise. I have had a long history in the fandom and have tried to buy whatever I could, so I do have a lot of things that will be for sale. They are all reduced prices and include any cost of domestic shipping within the US. If you live internationally, we can work something out for the shipping.
100% of money made from this sale will go to KWA (Korean Women's Association) which an activist group that provides support, aid, and shelter to victims of domestic abuse both in Korea and the United States.
Domestic Violence is a topic that is overlooked in most of the world, and it is an especially serious problem in Korea. No matter how ugly and heartbreaking Hyun Joong's case is, I hope that this can allow serious discussions about domestic abuse and it's effects.
The following items will be for sale:( Items under cutCollapse )
If you would like to buy any of these items please send me a PM.
Once an item has been bought, I will strike it through. I will only do this once payment is cleared, so if two people want to buy the same item, it will go to the first person that showed interest. I will take payment through paypal only because it is the best way to keep everything organized when the final donation to KWA is made.
I will close comments on this thread because I do not want to have any arguments or debates that could make someone upset. If you would like to discuss domestic abuse, this particular case, or just rant at me for leaving the fandom, you are more than welcome to do so by sending me a PM. I am always willing to debate or just listen because this a topic that is very personal to me and if I can turn something terrible into a platform to inform more people, then I will be happy.
And lastly, if you know someone who you believe might be a victim of domestic abuse or if you are suffering from it yourself, please know that there are people who care deeply and will be willing to help. The number for the national domestic violence hotline is 1-800-799-7233.
And also know that my inbox is always open for you as well.
Thank you all!
